TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 1/14/12 For Today: We are into the beginning of the change in the western weather pattern but we will have one more day of sunshine on tap. Expect some high clouds building through the day but mostly sunny conditions will dominate.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped to -3 for Crested Butte and -4 for Gunnison. Highs will rebound under sunny skies to 33 for CB and 36 for Gunny. Look for warmer lows tonight in the single digits as cloud cover moves in.

Outlook: We are seeing a big change in the western weather pattern with a cold front from the north dropping towards a milder southern moisture tap. The perfect scenario has these systems coming together over our area on Monday but timing and trajectory will be everything. Keep your fingers crossed but these changes are more of a long term benefit so stay tuned as the week progresses.
