TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 1/9/12 For Today: We will continue to see some light high clouds but this will be it for challenges to the blue skies. The lowest valleys will stay cooler even with the sunshine as a valley inversion forms so carry layers to account for temperature changes today.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped as skies cleared to -2 for Crested butte and 3 for Gunnison. Highs will reach 33 degrees for Gunny and 34 for CB. Look for another cold clear night with lows at or below 0 for all elevations.

Outlook: A fresh round of pacific moisture pushing on shore today will split with the northern half bringing some scattered snow showers Wednesday night. Other than that mostly sunny skies will dominate through to the weekend.
