TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 1/4/12 For Today: The clear skies are back again as the high pressure ridge sets up for the middle of the week. Look for some light high clouds through the afternoon but mild and sunny conditions will dominate.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped to 3 degrees for Gunnison and 5 for Crested Butte. Highs today will climb to 43 for CB and 46 for Gunny. Look for lows again in the single digits for all elevations.

Outlook: Mild sunny conditions will hold through Thursday. By Friday we will see cooler temperatures on the front end of a northern system dropping south with breezy conditions and increasing cloud cover into Saturday. Snow showers will be possible Saturday night but this weak system will have to find some juice to turn into anything.
