TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 1/2/12 For Today: The high pressure ridge has reformed across the west and clear skies will be with dominating through the day. We may see some very isolated cloud cover but clear and sunny conditions will dominate.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped under the clear skies with lows reaching 7 for Crested Butte and 2 for Gunnison. Highs will be slowed by valley inversions but should still reach 41 for CB and 40 for Gunny. Look for another overnight low in the single digits tonight.

Outlook: Sunny skies will dominate through the middle of the week with temperatures dropping to the single digits overnight and hovering around 40 during the days. Models are showing changes heading into the weekend but with little agreement on how these pacific systems might effect our area. Stay tuned.
