TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 12/25/11 For Today: Merry Christmas. Nothing but more perfect sunny skies on tap for the holiday. Temperatures will rebound from the effects of the valley inversion with sunny warm conditions dominating. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped to -1 in Crested Butte and 3 for Gunnison. Highs will continue the warming trend hitting 35 for CB and 32 for Gunny. Look for another night right around 0 for all but the lowest river valleys.

Outlook: A glancing blow from a northern system will fuel little more than increased cloud cover and some isolated snow showers on the divide. Until we see a southern system sneak into the area these weak northern waves will miss us. Start doing that snow dance.
