TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 12/18/11 For Today: Sunny skies early will see increasing high clouds early with partly cloudy conditions on tap through the afternoon. Look for light gusting winds and mild temperatures with the inversion all but clear of the lower valleys.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped under more clear skies with Crested Butte reporting 3 degrees and 0 for Gunnison. Highs will rebound to 33 for CB and 36 for Gunny but cloud cover could make for a chillier afternoon. Look for a milder overnight low with clouds keeping us closer to 10 degrees.

Outlook: The northern most end of a southern system will offer cloud cover and very isolated snow showers through Monday but with little accumulation possible. Tuesday will bring back the sun and we will have a pretty mild wind up to Christmas.
