TV10 Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley Daily Weather Update: 12/10/11 For Today: Sunny skies will dominate again today as this ridge moves east over our area. Look for normal temperatures rebounding after cold overnight lows so pack layers to account for the temperature change and wear plenty of sunscreen.

Temperatures: Overnight lows dropped under clear skies to -2 degrees for Gunnison and 0 for Crested Butte. Highs will warm by a couple degrees with CB topping out at 31 degrees and 34 for Gunny. Lows will be moderated by some light high clouds tonight but will still hover in the single digits.

Outlook: We are headed for a change in the west with the pattern switching around to the southwest through the beginning of the week. We will see a blast of drier desert air on Sunday with cloud cover building Monday. Snow will start overnight Monday but just how much is still a question so do that snow dance.
