Clear blue.
For 6/19/10: For Today: We have seen no changes in this warm high pressure pattern and, other than the expected gusting winds, we will see nothing but blue skies. Look for some very widely scattered cloud cover building with the heat of the day but nothing to actually affect the weather conditions.
Temperatures: Lows were holding to the mid 30’s with Crested Butte reporting 34 degrees this morning while Gunnison held to 36. Daytime highs will rebound quickly with the low 70’s expected for the northend of the valley while Gunnison pops to 80. Winds will have it feeling slightly cooler. Look for another colder clear night tonight with lows continuing to hold to the mid to high 30’s.
Outlook: We are starting to see some changes in the western weather pattern but nothing that will affect the forecast for more blue skies into next week. Look for wind today to ease into tomorrow with more blue bird conditions into Monday. This weekend will remain a great time to get on a big adventure or project.
