More snow with colder temps.

For 4/2/10: For Today: We are continuing to see these systems marching through the west and the cold core we were expecting from the north has settled in for this morning. Regional radar is showing more moisture to the west which will keep the snow falling through the better part of the day with more wind but nothing like we have been seeing.

Overnight lows were back towards normal with the colder air with Crested Butte reporting 13 degrees and Gunnison holding at 15 degrees. Daytime highs will hold right around 30 degrees for all elevations with colder windchill values. Look for slightly clearer and a little colder overnight lows tonight dropping to the low teens or single digits.

The clearer conditions we were expecting for the weekend have filled in with remnants from these last systems offering cloudy conditions and chance snow showers through Sunday. With the colder temperatures today you will want to make sure you are bundled up and have plenty of layers as you head out.
