Mild and sunny still holding on.

For 11/10/09: For Today: High clouds mixed with sunshine will remain our dominant weather feature as the milder flow out of the southwest holds. Models are starting to push the arrival of this cold front back a little making Thursday morning the day of transition with Wednesday offering more milder partly sunny conditions. Looks like we have another bonus day on tap today so definitely take advantage.

Overnight lows were colder with the clearer skies with Crested Butte reporting 17 degrees this morning and Gunnison weighing in again a degree colder at 16. Daytime highs will be right on par with the last week with the 50’s expected valley wide. Look for another overnight low hovering right on the 20 degree mark for all elevations depending on cloud cover.

We are continuing to see this clearer window but the pattern is progressing and the cold front and snow will be on us by Thursday night and Friday. Until then we’ll enjoy these above normal daytime highs and mostly sunny skies. Get out and have some fun.
