Another shot of moisture.

For 9/30/09: For Today through the weekend:  Looks like rain & it feels like rain, here comes the rain. Nasty, Grey Bird weather in store for the next 48 hours.  Expect rain today with increasing southwest winds with some gusts reaching 40 mph.  Some lightning and thunder likely today with highs in the mid 50's. Tonight as the trough passes watch for temperatures to plummet, rain to turn to snow, and snow to accumulate.  This storm will favor the north and northern central mountains so town could see 1-2 inches by Thursday Morning.  The high country could see 3-7 inches by the time its all done.  This could be the storm that keeps snow on the north sides of the mountains through winter?  Snow showers could continue Thursday morning and begin to break by thursday afternoon.  By Friday a bit of ridging will clear things up with temperatures remaining on the cool side.  The weekend will provide mostly sunny skies though clouds in front of the next system will begin entering the scene with high temperatures in the low 50's...
